6D5N Hong Kong

On Christmas 2015, I won a $200 Jetstar voucher from triplynr's contest and decided to travel to HK to usher in the New Year.

It was super impromptu, especially since I just came back from Krabi. However, I managed to come up with an itinerary.

Day 1 [5 Jan 2016]:

7.30 AM Arrival at Changi Airport

9.40 AM Flight to HK

1.40 PM Arrival in HK

2.30 PM Arrival at Empire Hotel [WANCHAI STATION]

3.30 PM Peak Tram [CENTRAL STATION]

• Fares: Adults 28 HKD one way 40 HKD return

• Use octopus ticket to skip queue

• Transport to lower terminus: From Central MTR station, Exit J or K and follow the signs (12 minute walk)

7.00 PM Dinner at Dim Sum Icon (little twin stars themed!!!)

Day 2

10.00 AM Hong Kong Disneyland

* Got our tickets from carousell for $60 only! (Original price is $80 if i'm not wrong)

8.00 PM Symphony of lights show @ Victoria Harbour

Lantau Island (Ngong Ping 360 - crystal cabin)

Reminder to self : always book tickets in advance to avoid long queues (we waited for an hour just to get tickets).

Chanced upon a neoprint machine in a mall. Prices ranged from $12-$16.
